Job description
We are looking for a customer relation officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the customer relation officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and in-person.
- Direct customers to online resources.
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care.
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
- Attend weekly staff meetings.
- Develop a rapport with customers.
- Encourage customers to complete surveys.
- Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
Essential Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required *(can be considered).
- Associate or bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- 1 or more years’ of experience using Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Previous experience in an office or call center(Preferred).
Good to have:
- Fluency in English and Bangla communication.
- Good office and interpersonal skill
